High bill
<p>We went on leave and emailed dstv telling them that we will disconnect the explorer and switch to holiday card. On the day that we needed to activate the holiday card, we phoned them to connect the card and disconnect the explorer at homem Upon arrival at home the explorer was never disconnected. When we contacted them they said it was. Now we get debited for 1049.26. I have sent two emails requesting feedback and the answers are thumb sucked. If all telephone calls are recorded and emails are saved it should be no problem to immediately sort out this account. Im waiting for prompt feedback and urgent answers!! This is not acceptible.</p>

04 Dec 2016, 10:53This account is incorrect. I told them to check our communication towards the explorer and family card. This bill must be rectified. We paid 1045.00 this month. Please review our emails and calls urgently!!!
