Hideous customer service.
This is the third review I am posting. Our mnet is still not fixed. Have emailed. No response. DSTV only tried to contact us once and did not phone again. That is pathetic customer service! We are paying for a service we are not receiving. Do not phone. Email only. This has become too inconvenient and we will be cancelling our mnet subscription if this is not resolved permanently and quickly.
