Hidden cost not stipulated to client when changing ownership

I ve paid for access service on Thursday for hd decorder then i got the picture then on Tuesday i transfered the decorder to my sister to use it under her name i filled in the forms and sent the id's now my change of ownership was successful then am given my sister is given a new account and ref but is required to pay R87 to activate the very same decorder that is active till 29/09/23 for what i dont know, i was on live chart with relebogile we spoke fir over 2 hrs but we can't get solutions she still say i must pay for what i dont know i
