Hidden cost and ****

I order a DSTV router on December and I was happy to receive it , the agent told me that I will pay R247.92 per month meaning for the router R179 and my access package R130. Now this month when I check my statement via WhatsApp it says R351.92 must be paid. I get to chat with the agent via WhatsApp and he/she told me that the is an amount of R69 for "product installment " has been added, ok fine didn't have a problem with that and I pay. Now I check my May statement via WhatsApp and it's the same amount like this month and I get to chat with the agent, I was told that the R69 will be included for 24 months and after I finish paying this R69 the router will be mine. Dstv is a **** and they are hidden some costs to the customer. My so angry with them cause they never mentioned this amount when I ordered the WiFi suddenly there is a PRODUCT INSTALLMENT PLAN . Dstv you must disconnected the WiFi I don't need it anymore will only pay for my access package only...... **** ! **** ! **** !😡😡😡😡
