HIDDEN COST

In December 2014 my duel view decoder decided to pack up. I then had to change to the HPZAPA decoder as told by the consultant, I then got two decoders. I was also explained that my bill would be about R 320 a month which i have been gladly paying...i even got my sms's monthly to tell me that my installment is about R320 UNTIL RECENTLY...I got an sms to say that i must pay R557 on my account...my first thought was it must be a mistake. the 05/09/2015 i go to multichoice to pay my account only to find out that my account is in ARREARS...HOW THE HELL CAN IT BE MY FAULT...I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THE OTHER FEES INVOLVED WITH TAKING THE ZAPA DECODERS. I HAVE TRULY NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MULTICHOICE...AND ALL THE OTHER MONTHS OF PAYING NOT A SINGLE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT I MUST PAY R 399 MONTHLY. SO I BASICALLY LOST A R257.00 THAT I DIDN'T BUDGET FOR.
