Hidden charges
I am not sure if there is any hidden charges that is not outlined to the çustomers. I just recently found out that I am being charged HD PVR Acess fee. I was never aware of this fee and no one ever discussed it with me .also I was advised that it 2 × HD PVR acess fee on my account. Worst part is that it's not anywhere on my statement but it is charged.
