Hi there, OTP 655117 wld not verify hence this whtsapp. Who controls the background "music" of programmes on DSTV? It is so loud that it overwhelms the voices making it very difficult to follow what is being said. Please help as it seems to be getting worse. I have changed the sound settings on my HiSense TV to no avail. Many thanks. C Cuff
