Hi, Bad exprience service that i got from multichoice staff member today, All i do was to upgrade last month that all of a sudden i made a mistake by paying extra miney via EFT on 21/05/202, I contacted DS TV multi choice for reversal and was advises that I will get the money within seven days, I contacted Multi Choice on Friday and was advised that I will get the money anytime soon its being processed, today while doing follow ups, the lady who pick the phone hang on me, I had to make a second call and the guy was telling me different story and also hang on me, I am confussed and want to know who are this staff members, am desparate because its month end and I need to pay the rent.
