I would like to thank Lebogang M. from the call center in the Pretoria branch for assisting me with my decoder issues and assisting me get the nearest service center.<br> <br> he is humble, helpful and a very good listener. a lot of call center agents can learn a lot from him. Thank you very much, you deserve a raise and a promotion. <br> <br> I would also like to add that Multichoice needs to update their information regarding the service center in Lakeside Building Mall. Multichoice must include an office number so that customers can contact them directly. it is such a mission when you are redirected in all spheres and there's no resolution.<br> <br> Thank you Candice at the Lakeside Building in Centurion Mall for rectifying my problem aswell.<br> now I can enjoy what I am paying for.
