HELP NOONE COMES BACK TO YOU
Good day I am disappointed in DSTV i sent an email to ask for assistance with my account I didn't have any salary paid as you know with these trying times I wanted to find out what I can do keep my service activated I mean I pay my account every month. I had to phone them and speak to them and they said they will escalate my query for someone to contact me. Dstv we your customers help us.

07 Oct 2020, 11:35DSTV phoned me now and informed me they can't assist me what poor service is this cos most companies do understand and they do come to an arrangement to assist their clients I wont mention names regarding companies even insurance companies understand during this COVID 19 pandemic they try their utmost to come to a conclusion and Leroy from DSTV phoned me and said he cant assist me BAD SERVICE REALLY
