HELP ME REPORT DSTV TO OMBUDSMAN PLEASE

Is there anyone who has filled a complaint about DSTV to the ombudsman and was successful? I really need help as i have been treated like i do not matter by DSTV and their agents who promise to call or escalate your problem and it takes months for them to call you when they have charged you more than you should pay. DSTV has overcharged me 3 times and their accounts department does not call. They have changed my amount to pay almost 15 times on my DSTV app as it shows that they don't even know themselves how much i owe them, anyone please help.
