Hello Peter team doesn't reply or resolve the issue
The Hello Peter team is not responding to my replies, I left the info they needed on 18 Nov and they have not done anything to resolve my issues to date. They reply publically to say they will and then privately in the background they still do nothing. Since phoning and replying to Hello Peter requests are ignored, I'll have to post this now to get some answers.
