I don’t trust Dstv anymore. Last year my decoder just started acting up didn’t want to read the card I went to dstv they said my guaranty and warranty expired 4months ago. Ok. I upgraded to a new Explora just last week it stopped working. I went back to dstv today they couldn’t help me they also said the guarantee and warranty expired 6 months ago ????????♂️. They said I have to pay a certain amount for them to replace it. It’s like these decoders are programmed to stop working just after warranty and guarantee expire.
