hd pvr
my hd pvr keeps on restarting ,, all the time .. no one seems to be able to help me at the store so i want help here. i pay alot of money for dstv i expect this to work <br>

We apologise for the delayed response and the inconvenience you may have experienced.
We could not get hold of you today to discuss your query with you telephonically. It was not possible to access your DStv account with an identity number provided.
Please pull out the power cable of your decoder for five seconds. Kindly put the power cable back on and your decoder should scan, once scanned you should be able to get the picture.
Should the problem persist, please take your decoder in for testing at the nearest Multichoice branch or agency. Some of the technical problems from the decoder can only be identified and resolved from our Multichoice branches or agency.
