Have to pay an up to account after 3 years with proof payment!!!!!

3 Years ago multi choice deducted R103.65 from my account. For 3 years I have not heard anything from them. Now 2019 they got Blake collections to collect money that was paid. I did email them proof of payment which went through on my bank account, this afternoon I received a statement from Blake collections of the Multi choice statement saying the debit order was unpaid which is not the case. Please be careful doing business with this people as they will harass you 3 years afterwards even though your account is up to date. According to DSTV my bank statement is not enough of proof as according to them the debit order was reversed on 4 December 2016 which is not the case. I blanked my personal stuff out on my bank statments as this is private. Please stay out of political stuff and get competent people to do your statements.
