Hats off to Nadia at DStv Waterglen

I would like to single a very helpful lady by the name of Nadia out. She assisted me at the Waterglen branch of DStv. After two unsuccessful visits to this branch to do a change of ownership of a decoder Nadia was able to process the request under very trying circumstances - their system was extremely slow. She was patient and went the extra mile to assist. The two previous visits to the branch were such a waste of time and the consultants that attended then were so unhelpful.
