Hate multichoice
Multichoice is a problem in general nothing good to say abt this company 🙄 I Hage a contract with them for an explora however it shows I have 2 under my name n its reflecting badly on my credit report,I called to pay it off as I am currently not using it but I wanted to pay off the amount owing on the decoder but one of ur stupid urgents told me I need to pay for the viewing even,how stupid will I be to pay for the viewing while I will not be watching.
Can you you for a change remove this one other stupid decoder n fix my credit report , ncaaaaaa

Please note that I tried to call you again after 2 pm as per the request on your mobile number 064****179 with a *** and could not get hold of you, kindly be advised that the amount that is overdue to settle the Explora is R 1372.39 you will need to pay that amount using ref ***
After paying the amount kindly email me the proof of payment to *** so that will request your name be cleared from ITC.
