Hassle to test the decoder
I am very disappointed with my call, I spoke to Lorna and told her my decoder is not coming on at all. She said I need to bring it to the walk in centre in Randburg to test, but live 40km away. Or she can send an installer to test but I must pay them +R300 just to test it. Why don't you have walk in centres close by and what about those people who live in remove areas, should they also travel to Randburg?
