Harrasment for new decoder

DSTV's approved dealers keep on harrasing me to upgrade my decoder, received 6 calls. There is nothing wrong with my decoder. The one lady was so aggressive that she told me it is compulsary!!!! For an extra R200 per month. I laughed at her! This morning I received a call from the approved dealer, the lady did not introduce herself and started to talk about my old decoder, I said to her yeah I must upgrade at R200 per month, then she hung up... BIG FAT MONEY ****!!!!!!!!! My mom, brothers and sisters decoders are older than mine! They dont receive any calls. So my conclusion is that DSTV is giving out my personal info. One more call, I will have to go to the POPI act. I did spoke to a guy earlier this year, and he said he will make a note on the system. Looks like it has been voided. What are you going to do if I dont upgrade? Block my service??? Then do it gladly. Then you will loose the support of my parents, brothers and sister, because we will not pay R200 extra for a decoder. 6 premium packages will be cancelled, so please stop your APPROVED DEALERS! Remember POPI ACT!
