Hard to get refund from DSTV

Refund- I have cancelled my DSTV subscription and I have submitted the refund request now for the third time. 8th July, 14 October and today 25 October 2019. All requested documents attached with the previous refund submissions. Every time I've been told it will take 7 working days and nothing happens and I have to restart the process again.
