Harassed by installer and ignored by dstv team

So multichoice ever since i wrote to u on the 14th of may...all u dd was replying me privately but had never ressolved the issue. Hw long does it take ur team to contact ur installers? A month? Or u juz not taking me serious? I need ansas. Ur innmstaller has harassed my mom and he needs to pay fr dat. But it looks like u guys are protecting ur abusive installers since they bring money to the company.I need my refund and m not gonna turn back...uf u dnt resolve it this tym around it wil b all over media.

U are robbing poor ppl their money claiming to provide good service wen u cant even take ur time to call ur installer to fix his mess.
