Happy resolution to Explora Upgrade
We were initially unhappy with the situation that we were left in after the upgrade but after Shaun from Dstv. On air together with Aveshan from Multichoice got involved, the matter was resolved to our satisfaction. We are now happy with the upgrade that we received. Many Thanks. Melanie Bonner
