Hanging up on customers

I paid Dstv end of July, Reference Number: ***7-I399 Spoke to Masinxole, and following day Noiphowo Noqai Reference: #INC-*** ...Every time I call they keep saying they will load my wifi data. Today Sunday I spoke to Onela James who claim is a manager for 38 minutes until she also hangup on. For 4 times they have been told they will escalate. Now I understand why people cancel this **** company with *********** staff. My life has been on hold because of internet.
