Handed to MBD attorneys in error

<p>I received a call from MBD attorneys this morning stating that my account is handed over for coollection by Multichoice. I have already paid October subscription though. I called Multichoice and the call centre agent Lesego claims that it must have been an error. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU MAKE SUCH ERRORS.</p> <p>IF MY CREDIT RECORD HAS BEEN AFFECTED I WILL VERY VERY UPSET></p> <p> </p> <p>HOW DO YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS< WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU............THIS IS VERY PERSONAL </p> <p> </p> <p>I CALL AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND YOU PUT ME ON HOLD FOREVER </p> <p>UNNECCESARY TELEPHONE COSTS AS WELL, BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE</p>
