Handed over to pay activation that I did not authorise and watch by DSTV

Received an sms from Blake and Associate telling me to pat R273 when I pgoned them thwy told me I owe my DSTV , explained to them that from Aug 2021 I did not have it since I have been unemployed.Upon contacting DSTV they told me I did self services foe May.I explained to that I did not do the self service activation and they sent me an email telling me it was done in May.Kgabo the lady from DSTV told me to make payment arragements as on their site they can't see that after the activation if it was watched or not.Told her that I won't pay anything also why was I not contacted regarding the money I owe instead of them handing me over to Blake n Associates. Aend them mail yesterday after another sms demanding payment feom that they are messing my credit score.Rudolph from DSTV phoned and said he will response after he has dons his investigation. I will not activate my connection as DATV is a luxury for me as I'm unemployed and why did they not contact me about this matter instead od handing me over without hearing my side of the stoey.
