Handed over of a paid up and cancelled account

My dstv account was paid R30 for the lowest account with them, it was cancelled in Feb for from the 1st of April. Last payment was done in end Feb/1st of March.They send me a e mail back telling me the datv is cancelled from 1st of April. Now I owe then R116 almost R117. They even handed me over for this amount to Blake and Ass. Every day there is another agend of both companies harrasing me about a account that was cancelled. If the subscription fee is R29 (eft) where did the get R116..
