******** handing over I got a call from MBD I app**** for price lock but on second thoughts I decided I can’t go through with it looking at my affordability but each time I get told I took the damn decoder I didn’t I never signed nor received the decoder. The person who took it will sign for it the first month they told me it’s because I cancelled and they already made plans to debit kindly get it I do not have a decoder with u guys for explora ********** 940
