Hand over after 3 1/2 years
I would like to understand how DSTV can hand me over to TCR - 3 1/2 years after I closed my account. Where is the proof that I owe you and how can you all of a sudden decide I owe you if on the day that I closed my account I paid all outstanding fees. TCR can't answer me on this?
