Guessing Games with Multichoice

Unbelievably bad service from stubborn, ******** staff. When an installer arrived to fit my new Explora, I found he had been given fictitious cellphone info plus the wrong house number. I phoned to get my data corrected, only to be told that I must have given them the wrong data in the first place! Both agents just refused to update their records and said that if I could not confirm, telephonically, what telephone number is on their records, then I was out of options. The mind, she boggles....
