GROSSLY OVERCHARGED AND USELESS CONTACT AGENTS

I recently took out the DSTV price lock contract. After a month of activating it, I realized that I have been overcharged. I am paying almost three times the amount that I should be. I have contacted the DSTV contact center multiple times and they kept telling me that there is nothing they can do to assist me as they are not the right people to talk to. Yet I called about a DSTV product!!! One of the agents told me that it is not their problem. I have been told that I will be contacted by the relevant people, till today, I have not been contacted to try to explain why I am being overcharged. The contact agents are clueless and useless. The worst service I have ever received!!!!
