No service, No integrity, No shame

All my money is paid up to date. My account has been disconnected for more than a week now. I have paid for a service im not getting. I have spent hours on their live chat, where 3 times the conversation has been dropped without resolving or answering the questions.

I was told 3 times, that I would be phoned back by the finance department and by managers of which non happened. There is no follow up, and if they don't want to deal with you, they just drop the chat, because there is now way of getting hold of them again. I took me an hour just to get 4 responses of one line each.
