Greedy people - Only competition will improve their service

I can confirm from today that DTsv is playing with people because it does not have a serious competitor yet. I have been a customer for a long time, my payment is always done on time, by debit order and I have the premium package. I pay close to R1,000 every single month

I had a small financial concern and unfortunately I could not pay my entire subscription this month because, I only paid R300. I begged that they give me the chance to keep the channels and at the end of the month, they will debit my R1,600 account.

What I regret is that the service was interrupted again today .

I understand that it is the business but sometime, they must also take into consideration the customers who always pay in time to do them only once a favor. I do not ask to not pay but I say that I will pay late for the payment.

Il be the first customer to leave these guys once a serious competitor will come. I have decided to remove my details from the debit order and to decrease my package.

This is pathetic
