Greedy business. Pathetic customer service.

If I could give DStv zero stars, I would. ********* and pathetic service. I wanted to transfer ownership of a decoder from my late uncle's name to mine as I bought the decoder and had been paying the account for years. They gave me a list of admin to do, involving the Master of the High Court, deliberately making it difficult and time-consuming so I'd just toss that decoder and end up buying a new one. The employees are also highly *********** and lack customer service etiquette. By far the worst business to exist. And based on the thousands of other reviews, DStv won't be around for much longer.
