Greatest regret is being a DSTV customer

I have reconnected my Dstv internet and was later told to do a simswap for the simcard as it has been disconnected for more than 3 months. It can only be done in a dstv centre. I went to 4 centres. Paledi, Tzaneen and Polokwane do not have simcards and it has been 2 months. Lebowakgomo; which is about 90km from my home, is experiencing some technical errors and cannot do the simswap because their simcards are reportedly having errors. There is nothing that dstv at head office can do because those services are transferred to different Dstv agencies in the provinces. I regret why I reconnected their internet with my last money
