Great Service Thamsanqa!!

Good day

I would like to thank Thamsanqa from DSTV call center for his impeccable service by assisting me with getting back all my channels on my DSTV now app.

I called DSTV call centre on Monday(08/05/2023) because my channles were not displaying on my DSTV now app and the agent that helped me (Anele) could not assist me with my issue at hand, instead he escalated the matter and told me to wait for 24 hours for a technician to call me back. No one called me back within the 24hours.

I called back today (10/05/2023) and Thamsanqa assisted me within 10 minutes and all my channels were back on my DSTV now app. He was so professional, Patient and eager to help. Now I can catch up on all my favorite tv shows again thanks to him. 👌👌👌👌👌 Keep up the good work Thamsanqa!!!
