I would like to thank Ntokozo Kubheka in sorting out the details of my account. It’s really appreciated. I also want to praise Ntokozo for the professional and positive manner in how she assisted me. She was very genuine, helpful with the details, didn’t give up in the face of challenges on my profile and definitely went the extra mile in resolving this, even long after I spoke to her on the phone. She even acknowledged my email when I sent it and managed my expectations around the resolution - and then confirmed once all was done.
