Great service Keagile!

I called through last night to reconnect my services and my decoder was showing other errors like there was a technical malfunction with it. Keagile was so awesome, she stayed on the line until it was resolved and instead of telling me to take the decoder in like the other people would tell me, she talked me through to reset the decoder and sent a signal and it all came right. I truly appreciate her mannerism and good knowledge of what she's doing. Best service I've ever had with DSTV contact centre *** thus far.<br> <br> Thanks Keagile!
