Great service : Kagiso Moripe
I had a querry for price log contract canceled without my approval, since I was offered the internet package of 400 gigs a month, as a result of that my price log of explorer ultra was canceled and I was supposed to pay R2700, I called Multi Choice office of the CEO I spoke to Kagiso Moripe and her colleques, yesterday she sent me a message that the price log contract was reinstated and internet contract was canceled, this was a 5 star treatment after 1 week the matter was resolved. Big up to Kagiso Moripe for the exceptional customer service.
