GREAT SERVICE FROM MARRY

On Wednesday 14/10/2020 my husband went to activate our DSTV at the Durban branch after it has been off for a while, he paid the outstanding fees. When he got home after a few hours the DSTV was still not working, we called the DSTV call center and we were assisted by Marry Ramia (hope the surname is correct), she assisted us and had the problem sorted while we were still on the phone with her.

I would really like to commend the excellent service recieved from this lady, unlike other consultants who always sound grumpy. How I wish I could be serviced by her whenever I need assistance from that call center
