I called DSTV *** five (5) time today just to cancel my package , on the first call i was on hold for 16min, on the 2nd call i was onhold for 14mins, the 3rd call i spoke to someone however she promised to give me a call between 12:00 and 12:30 , then i called back at 12:35 and spoke to someone and i was onhold for 15mins , then i was really ****ed off, then my last attempt i called and spoke to Unathi Ntsongelwa the sweetest Lady ever she assisted the call took about 3mins and it was done she is brilliant at her job she listens and then she assist ,
