GREAT SERVICE

I bought DSTV decoder yesterday 08/05 at Game N1 City. Got a number from Game for Ian to do the installation. As per Ian, he was busy the Friday night & this morning 09/05 Ian was not contactable at all. I called Game who gave me DSTV number. I spoke to a very helpful woman Carol who told me Ian was not a legit DSTV installer. She explained everything to me very nicely, took down all my details and told me an installer will contact me within 5 days. I instantly got a confirmation sms. <br> Less than half an hour I got a call from the installer asking me if I am at home he is on his way. 5 minutes later Augustine was here.<br> <br> 15 minutes later installed. <br> <br> That's awesome service for you. <br> <br> Thanks Carol..
