Great promotion, just not for me, why

What makes me not qualify for your R599 premium promotion. I saw the hype on the internet and phoned the call centre. Only to be told I do not qualify. Why what makes my account less attractive than another compact subscribers? I would like you know why dstv feels I do not deserve this promotion.
