Great help from Julia Mokoena

I had a complaint with DSTV and complaint got escalated to the exec office, with in two hours of speaking to Julia Mokoena on email, (that was my preferred communication), she resolved my query efficiently and handled it in a professional manner. I must be honest I don’t think I’ll be signing up for DSTV again but have a bit more confidence in DSTV , should I want to sign up again, as I know that on top level there are good people who can help and have a sincere care to help. Well done Julia and thank you - you have restored my faith in these services. You deserve a medal.
