Great experience

I just had an interaction Sineliso from Umhlanga branch and she helped me to setup my mom's new decoder. Sineliso's knowledge, politeness and patience are an epitome of how customer care should look and feel like. I don't know anything about her skills set but she's definitely a call centre coach and a leader. This is well displayed on how she guided me through out the call. The level of politeness and respect defines her professionalism and I'm so humbled and impressed. Arrogance and disdain is the order of the day at DSTV contact centre but Sineliso is definitely an awesome exception. Most importantly I truly appreciate her attitude and the level of respect she displayed towards me and both my wife and my mother in law.
