Great customer service from Godwin.

Yes, I am happy to say after my last 2 reviews DStv made it their mission to come and resolve the issue I was having with extraview. Godwin came straight from Gauteng to Kuruman come and install extraview himself.

Godwin came with few guys training them good customer service and how extraview works. I have to say someone that dedicated to good customer service is an asset to DStv.

After that accredited installer didn't take responsibility I would very much suggest that if you need an accredited installer do not go for Louigi's DStv. He didn't take responsibilities because he didn't see the importance of good customer service in an area like Kuruman because people around here don't do research on the companies they seek services from.

I just want to thank Godwin and his team for fixing my extraview. Everything is working fine.
