great customer service
i had a great experince with a lady called Akhona who was willing to call me back while another lady in the same department refused to call me saying its an inbound call centre.Akhona stuck with me until my airtime ran off and called me back to make sure i was assisted. Great customer service Akhona I appreciate what you have done for me i am not happy and watching my tv at home
