Great customer service

Last week Friday evening I was assisted by Bongane from DSTV through the chat functionality on the website. My channels were not showing and he was an able to provide me with information to assist with resolving the issue. I would like to commend him for his great customer service and for being patient with me while I tried out all the troubleshooting suggestions he gave especially because it was quite late at night.
