Great customer service

Good day , i would like to send a special shout out to Sizonke on Dstv chats , she was a few minutes from knock off from night shift, she assited me patiently and resolved my issue , unlike Mbali who left me hanging on chats ,as she saw her knock of time nearing, thats when Sizonke came through ,, i give her a perfect 10 for going above and beyond .. a true customer service agent.
