Great customer service
Today i accompanied a friend to DSTV Multichoice in Umtata, there was a long queue but when we got there, there was a lady working on the floor assisting customers. Her name is Charmaine and her service is excellent! Her interaction with all customers is amazing and her respectful approach. She made the wait more bearable. Thank you Charmaine!
