Great customer experience

I would like to congratulate DStv on having excellent customer service. When phoning, I was lucky enough to speak with Thabiso Kekana who was truthful, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. She handled a really complicted request with ease. Combine that with a short holding period and the great alternative on-line capabilities that I tried first and it was the best customer experience I have had in a very long time. Very well done Thabiso - you restored my hope that there are still great customer experiences out there!
